Answers to our most common questions about guns sales and Gunbunny Outfitters.
Can you ship to my house?
No. Contrary to what you may have heard or seen in the media, you cannot purchase a firearm from a licensed dealer and have it shipped to your home. All firearms purchases from licensed dealers require a background check to be conducted prior to the “transfer” of a firearm to an unlicensed person. This is conducted by the Federal Firearms Licence (FFL) that you choose to pick up your firearm up from. It is important to discuss this process with the selected FFL prior to your purchase; as the process may be different based off state and local law or store policy.
Do I have to have a background check?
Yes. All firearms purchases require a background check (ATF Form 4473) prior to the transfer of the firearm. This background check will be performed at the FFL location that you chose to have your purchase shipped to.
How do I know if I can legally purchase a firearm?
If you have any doubts, check with the ATF for Federal requirements and with local law enforcement for State and local requirements BEFORE completing your order.
Your federally mandated background check will be returned “denied” if there is any reason that you are not legally eligible to purchase a firearm.
How do I return a firearm?
All firearms sales are final.
All defective firearms must be returned to the manufacturer for service and/or repairs. Gunbunny Outfitters will pass on all warranties associated with your purchase, but we are not responsible for any cost associated with returning products to the manufacturer. Contact us and we will help you navigate this process.
How do I return a non-firearm?
All non-firearms products require a pre-authorization number from Gunbunny Outfitters and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call or email to request your pre-authorization number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Gunbunny Outfitters will waive the restocking fee and pay return shipping for any returns that are due to mistakes by our employees.
Do you provide transfer service?
Not at this time. Zoning restrictions prohibit us from conducting face-to-face transactions, but we are happy to refer you to our network of professionals for any transfer services.
Do you offer a LEO / Military discount?
Not at this time. We are developing our Heroes Program now. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for the announcement when it launches.
Can you special order something if i can't find it on your website?
Yes! If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us with your request and we will do our best to find it for you.
Do you provide Customization / Gunsmithing / Custom Builds?
Sort of… We maintain relationships with Gunsmiths and Armorers from top rated National schools and training programs. We are happy to refer you to our network of professionals.
Where can I get training?
Most gun ranges and shooting clubs offer training. Contact us and we can help you locate quality, reputable training in your area.
How does Gunbunny Outfitters support Science, Technology, Education and Math (STEM) education / Autism research and treatment?
A portion of our Gun Show proceeds are donated to STEM education and/or Autism research and treatment. We are working to build strong connections with National and Local organizations. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for special events and collaborations.
